For every residential building in Tartu (data: ETAK, Maa- ja Ruumiamet + Overture Maps), we computed a 15-minute walking shed in Valhalla rooted at every service POI of seven categories (schools, kindergartens, pharmacies, groceries, healthcare, public-transport stops, green space ≥ 0.5 ha). A building is "covered" by a category if its centroid lies in any of that category's walk sheds at 4.5 km/h.
The composite score is the sum of the seven booleans (0–7). Gap maps highlight, for one chosen category at a time, the buildings outside its 15-min coverage.
